DEPOSIT - $100
MINIMUM - (PIECES UNDER AN HOUR) $120+ HST
HOURLY - $160+ HST

LASER REMOVAL
DEPOSIT - $50
MINIMUM - $120 + HST
PIECES OVER THE MINIMUM ARE PRICED INDIVIDUALLY

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY
The studio requires 24 hours notice of cancelation or reschedule in order for your deposit to be returned or rolled over. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a lost deposit and a new one will be required to schedule a new appointment. Please understand that our artists rely on booked appointments for income, they must be compensated for their time in the event you cannot attend your appointment.

Here are some shop protocols we have implemented for the foreseeable future to keep our staff and clients safe and low risk!

☽ Tattoo Consults + Booking
Consults will be done online via Zoom, or by phone. we will not be doing consults in person unless a special circumstance comes up.

1. Call or email us and we will set up a time and date with you for your consultation, we will then email you an invite alerting you of your consult time and date.
2. Your artist will send you a separate email containing a link to a zoom meeting on the day of your consult

3. Once you have had your consult and a date has been decided for your tattoo appointment, we will require a $100 deposit to secure your booking. This can be sent via e-transfer or paid in the studio. Without this deposit we cannot book your appointment.
Please keep in mind our artists are very busy, and failure to show up for your zoom consult may result in a much later reschedule date. If you cannot make it please let us know asap.

☽ Arriving at the studio
1. Please do not show up more than 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
2. We are located at the front of 242 Dundas Street. Buzz up at the front door, and we will have you wait in our waiting area in the hallway up the stairs (couches and bathroom area.)
3. Wash and sanitize your hands.
4. We will have you fill out a release form.
5. Please wait for us to call you in.

We will be permitting one support person to attend appointments with you. They may be asked to wait in the waiting area during your appointment.
