Booking Policy:

You may book with us one of the following ways:

• Filling out the appointment request form in the link in our instagram bio or on our website

• Emailing us at ravensheadtattoo@gmail.com 

• Calling us at 519-601-2400

Please include the following information:

• Your chosen artist 

• Your tattoo idea

• Rough sizing

• Placement on the body

• Black & Grey or Colour

• Include any reference photos 

• Any other relevant information we should know (It's covering another tattoo or scar etc.)

Please feel free to let us know your preferred dates, as well as a budget you are working with.

We will contact you to schedule your consultation or appointment typically within 24 hours.

Deposit Policy:

A minimum deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. A $200 deposit is required to schedule a full day (5+ hours).

The deposit is deducted from the cost of your final tattoo or laser sit.

Deposits are transferable and refundable with 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your existing appointment. Less than 24 hours notice the deposit becomes non-refundable or transferable and a new deposit will be required. 

Repeat reschedules/cancels will result in a forfeit of your original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. 

Please note we will only keep any unused deposits on file for one year. If you do not schedule, or respond when we attempt to book with you within that year it will result in forfeit of the deposit. 

How to prepare for your appointment:

Please be sure to eat a meal with protein, healthy fats, & complex carbs prior to your appointment. 

Hydrate the day before, and bring with you either water or something with electrolytes.

We have a fridge if you want to bring your food or beverages to keep cold.

Dress in loose, comfortable clothing.

You may bring headphones, pillows, tablets - anything that will help you sit comfortably.

Do not consume alcohol 48 hours prior to your tattoo appointment.

We cannot tattoo or laser you if you are:

Drunk or high

Sunburnt or freshly tanned

Hungover

Have not eaten

Pregnant or breastfeeding

Physically unwell 

Have a condition that would complicate the tattoo, laser or healing process significantly

Your doctor has not approved your receiving tattoo or laser related work

To Pay – you may be prompted to download an App such as HONK. These apps are helpful as you can pay from anywhere when you need to top up!

There is 1 hour FREE parking downtown London, USE CODE: CORE!

Arriving For Your Appointment:

We are located at 242 Dundas St. on the 2nd floor. 

HOURS: Tuesday-Saturday 12-6pm 

We are across the road from the library entrance at Citiplaza.

Please arrive within 5-10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.

When you arrive to the studio please buzz up for entry.

Once upstairs we will ask to see your valid government issued photo ID as proof of age 18+, and have you sign our release form.

ID we accept: Passport, License, Photo card issued by your province, Health card with photo. 

     **We cannot tattoo you without photo ID.

Late Arrival Policy:

Please do your best to show up on time for your appointment.

With the increase in traffic and construction within the city, it is wise to give yourself some extra time to find parking. Late arrivals may result in a rescheduled appointment, and forfeit deposit. 

We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes things happen that are out of your control. If you think you may be running late, please give us a call ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that we may not be able to extend your appointment time if we have other clients scheduled after you. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our schedule running smoothly.

No Show Policy:

If you fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeit. Unfortunately, this results in your artist missing out on that income. It also prevents them from filling that slot with another client in a timely fashion, which could have accommodated someone who has been eagerly waiting to get in.

Some things you may not know:

Artists are doing your drawings, and communicating with you on their own time away from their families and must be given compensation for their time.

Some drawing requests can take hours, even a few days for your artist to complete before your visit with us.

Your artist or technician may be set up for you with supplies that once opened, will need to be disposed of - used or not.

Please be considerate with their time, and we promise to do the same! Everyone’s time is valuable. 

Make it stand out

Touch Up Policy:

We provide one complimentary touch-up within one year of your initial session.

As tattoos settle, there may be certain areas that experience fading. Especially in fine line tattoos, and areas such as fingers, hands, feet, elbows, knees etc. 

Your artist will be up front with you about areas that typically fade a lot and may require more than one touch-up.

Please be aware that tattoos that have healed poorly due to inadequate aftercare, as well as pieces requiring additional touch-ups beyond your free session, may incur a fee. 

Please follow your aftercare instructions provided to you by your artist. 

No-showing your touch-up will void your free touch up and a fee will be applied when rescheduling.
